Plan a party and invite your guests to bring presents, party supplies, essential care items, or financial gifts to help Birthday Blessings of Northeast Indiana spread joy to local homeless children.  Or, make Birthday Blessings the theme at your next book club, Bunco night, play group, neighborhood or family gathering.  We'll provide you with display items and information materials.  Nothing formal and no presentations. Just you and your friends having a good time for a good cause.  It's as simple as that!

 Theme party ideas include:

Blessings Basket Shower:  Host a special shower to help support the needs of a homeless child in a community shelter.

 Girls Night: Invite the girls to bring a gift or donation to support Birthday Blessings.  Any theme will do-just plan to have fun while supporting a great cause!

Neighborhood or Club Socials: Organize a social gathering in your neighborhood!  Invite guests to bring a donation for Birthday Blessings.  Create an annual  "Birthday Bash" event, or consider quarterly gatherings each with a seasonal theme and collection focus.  Suggestions include:

• Spring Social: Collect goodie bags & favors
• Summer Social: Collect new, unwrapped birthday gifts
• Fall Social: Collect school supplies for Blessings Baskets
• Winter Social: Collect baby blankets and other gifts / supplies for Blessings Baskets

Kids/Youth Parties:

Whether it's Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Youth Groups, Civic/Social Clubs, School Groups , or just a good time with neighborhood friends, organizing a GIVE-together party is a great way  for kids to utilize their leadership skills and give back to the community.  Kids can create their own party themes and activities, bake cupcakes or cookies and invite others to celebrate and support homeless children by bringing donations.  For warm weather fun, consider an outdoor party with classic yard games such as an egg/spoon race, a sack race and an pinata!  Or have the kids host a Pizza-and-a-Movie Night.  The party theme possibilities are endless and kids of all ages are sure to enjoy organizing  such a fun and meaningful service project!
